I first came across Marks’ web-page and was impressed with the delicious images of his amazing cuisine. I contacted Mark and we organized a meeting.

As I sat and listened to his complete enthusiasm, I was assured instantly that I was in very capable hands and nothing would be a problem.  I knew then that Mark would be my perfect Chef.

Mark suggested a menu for my 40th Birthday that was a huge success.

I cannot thank you enough Mark for making my day the most memorable one ever!

Thank you so much for the fantastic catering job you did for Debs’ 40th birthday party lunch in January. We both could not have been happier with what you organised and prepared for us and our 28 guests.

The fabulous selection of food that you offered us from your sample menus when we were organising this party made the decision of what too have on the day very difficult as it all sounded divine. What we ended up choosing for the party was outstanding in all ways and exactly what we had hoped and asked for. The presentation of all the dishes and the quality and flavours of the food was excellent and a real credit to you.

As a lot of our guests at the party are very good cooks themselves, we all had a lot of pleasure watching you actually preparing and cooking the food on site. The mouth watering aromas that were coming from the kitchen smelt wonderful.

The wait staff you also organised for us were very first class. Like you their attitude was always pleasant and they performed their duties in a very professional manner. They definitely did a superb job of keeping everyone’s glass full and running the bar.

Again thank you mark for helping make this special day so enjoyable for the both of our guests and us. It was much appreciated at the end of the day how you left our kitchen and butlers pantry so tidy, in fact immaculate would be a better word. No one would ever known that you had just fed and entertained 30 people

Without hesitation we would recommend your catering services to anyone and you will certainly be doing the catering for our next party.

Your food was outstanding and it was great to catch up with you ( albiet briefly) after all these years.
